I’ve always had trouble remembering the lengths of the 30°-60° triangles.
But today I had the most amazing thought, and never again will I get the sides wrong. All that needs to be memorized is that the coordinates are (cos,sin) and that from 0 to π/2 the x coordinates are all square roots in the order 3, 2, 1. Holy. Mathballs. And that’s what I learned today...
